Thank you for ordering from Lotéa Naturals. Here you will find all information about delivery area, shipping costs and delivery times.
Delivery area
We currently deliver within Germany only.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: €4.99
- Standard shipping for orders of €50 or more: free
Shipping costs are clearly shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order. Gift cards are sent by email; no shipping costs apply.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next working day. For prepayment (e.g. PayPal, credit card), the delivery time starts on the day after the payment order; for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking number and link where available.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lotea.de. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lotea.de. We will resolve it with the carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. As long as the order has not yet shipped, we will try to accommodate your request. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected; see our withdrawal policy for details.
